What you are not paying for

If the record cannot carry a report, you should not be charged for one.
Every surname is checked against the sources before the full research runs. If the finished report cannot support three confident, cited sections, you are offered the choice of a full refund or half back with the report kept — no ticket, no argument. Where a single section runs out, the report shows a quiet block instead of guesswork.

A surname is researched once. Charging monthly for a finished document would be renting you something you already own — so we don't.
If the research cannot support at least three confident, cited sections, we tell you and you choose: a full refund with seven days of access to the partial findings, or half back and keep the report permanently. Choose nothing within seven days and we apply the half refund for you.
No. Buying a name for someone else costs the same $39: tick "this is a gift" at checkout, add their email and a note, and the reveal is held until they open their link. Your receipt stays with you.
There is a code field at checkout. If your code covers the full amount, no payment details are requested at all.
