- Isn't this just AI making things up?
- Every claim has to arrive with citations before it reaches you — two independent sources for anything marked confident. Claims that fail validation are re-researched, then, if they still fail, dropped and shown as a gap. The renderer refuses to print an uncited object at all.
- Is this my family tree?
- No. Surname history research, not personal genealogy. We research the name itself — its origin, meaning, spellings, movement and record density — not your personal line of descent, and we never ask for living relatives or DNA.
- What if my name is too obscure?
- Then we tell you. If the research cannot support three verified sections you get a refund offer: a full refund with seven days of access, or half back and permanent access. If a run fails outright, you're refunded automatically within 24 hours.
- How long does it take?
- Usually under ten minutes. You watch real progress as each research step lands, and the report emails itself to you the moment it's ready.
